- real estate brokerage (purchase/sale and rental of various types of properties: apartments, houses, lots, commercial spaces, building lots, agricultural land, and commercial land)
- real estate appraisal and verification of properties involved in transactions
- financial consulting
Your Responsibilities
- Actively sourcing properties
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Presenting properties
- Creating listings in the CRM system
- Marketing and promoting listings
- Finalizing the sales process

- Good time management and workplace organization skills
- The ability to build relationships easily
- Commitment to maintaining a positive company image
- Class B driver’s license
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
